How do I get a discount on patterns?
To purchase patterns, simply visit our Shop. From there, purchase individual patterns, or subscribe and save!
How will I receive my pdf quilt patterns?
You will receive an automated email each month from our Shopify shop with a link to the current month's pattern. [All of your previous patterns will also be available] Simply click on the link to download the pattern. Please SAVE the pattern--the download link only works up to three (3) times.
We send the patterns to the email that you provided when you signed up. If you would like them sent to a different email, then send me an email at [email protected]
What if I have a question about the pattern?
Can I share this pattern with someone?
Digital copyright prohibits you from forwarding the patterns to your friends, or printing them out and giving them to someone else. Here's a couple of ways you can share the love of Pattern Drop:
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

We are set up and able to collect VAT, so EU Customers can use the regular checkout page to purchase Pattern Drop. If you have any difficulty, please reach out to us at [email protected]
How do I log in to my account?
Go to http://patterndrop.com. In the top right hand corner, click on "Login". Use the email that you signed up with--if you forgot your password, there is a link to help you recover it. From this account, you can update your email address, payment information, and subscription status.
Do you sell paper patterns?
We do not sell paper patterns at this time, although we may in the future. If you are interested in being notified if/when this happens, please sign up for our newsletter.
How do I cancel my membership?
If Pattern Drop isn't working out for you, we believe that canceling your membership should be easy. Simply email us at [email protected]
How does billing work when I cancel my membership?
Once you cancel your subscription you will not be billed anymore.
If you are on a Monthly Membership Plan, then your membership will conclude at the end of the current month.
If you are on an Annual or 6 Month Membership Plan, then your membership will continue until your current membership term expires, and then your membership will not renew.
